My name is Dr. Jessica, I am a Clinical Psychologist with 19-years of experience providing therapy and psychological testing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.  I work with a wide range of clients and have specialty training and experience working with young children in play therapy, children and adults with Autism and developmental delays, clients with ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, clients with a history of trauma, clients with anxiety and mood disorders, and clients with severe mental illness.  I offer a caring and individualized approach to therapy.  I strive to help my clients and their families better understand the nature of their difficulties, and work with them to build the coping skills and a supportive environment needed to thrive in all aspects of life.  Making the initial call is often the hardest step for people to take in beginning therapy services.  Don't be afraid.  I will provide you with a safe and judgement free place to open up about your stressors and make progress towards a happier and healthier life.  Please browse my website and contact me for more information about scheduling an initial intake appointment.

To provide a wider range of payment options, I am now an In-Network provider with Anthem BCBS,  BCBS Federal Employee plans, and Carefirst.  I am also now credentialed with PsyPact allowing me to provide virtual therapy services to clients in more than 40 states.   I have closed my in-person office, so I am not currently offering in-person therapy appointments or psychological evaluation services.  I have limited availability for new virtual therapy clients.  Please fill out a contact information form and I will get back to you if I have availability.
