Practice Information and Updates
I am currently meeting with clients in-person at my Herndon, VA office and through teletherapy sessions. I am the only provider at the office so the space is minimally used and I have been vaccinated since January 2021. As a health care provider Virginia regulations still require myself and clients to wear masks. I offer video teletherapy services using the HIPPA compliant Simple Practice platform. This platform provides a simple way for me to continue to provide therapy services during the COVID-19 crisis. Insurance companies have indicated during this crisis they will reimburse for teletherapy sessions as if they occurred in the office. You will be sent a link prior to our scheduled session and we can meet using your computer, tablet, or cell phone. Click here for a short YouTube video on how this Telehealth platform works.
It is important for all of us to monitor our mental health needs during this extremely stressful and unprecedented pandemic crisis. I am available to work with you and/or your children to provide you with the support you need to decrease anxiety and improve your ability to cope during this difficult time.
